A few finds today from the remnants of house/old dump site :hello2:. No coins or jewelry . . . but some interesting relics

A square hand-forged nail (c. 1700s?)

Modern as heck, but really cool as I've never seen a penny with a hole in the middle of it

What I think might be an iron belt buckle, but I could be wrong about that

Well, I can help you with one item!! The penny with a hole in it, I have HUNDREDS! It's a modern zinc penny with a very thing copper coating, and when in the ground for some time, they can be eaten down to nothing. Interesting point, as of 2018 it cost the Gov't mint 2.06 cents to make one cent.

Nice hunt, congrats on the finds, I agree that is an old buckle just heavily corroded
