One on Flea bay.... Listed as galvanized dock rope tie down bracket.

Wow great find Snoopy! That looks to be an exact match to what I have so I'm gonna go with a dock rope tie-down for this one. A hasp was an excellent guess as well and looks like this piece could certainly be used as one. Plus I learned what a hasp was! Love this forum ... thanks guys.
