Found at an old home site. Looks to be made out of brass or copper (face) and back is rusted out. Any idea on what it is and date? Thanks in advance...

It looks like a large Victorian figural button. Judging by the girl and boy and the surroundings, it could be the American version of the story of the Blue Willow.

I'd like to see a pic of the back.
