Some various finds I found today.

[possumheaded]

Went out in the yard today and found some stuff. I found this Telephone truck and a brass button near where the school bus stops in front of the house. Not old but first toy car. It was made in 1989. I found 2 Winchester No. 12 Nublack headstamps, a file that was in 2 pieces, a ring box(when I saw it I was hoping to find a ring inside), and 2 strange pieces of copper out in the woods. I also found some more junk.
If anyone knows what the copper pieces might be, please elaborate. These pieces are about 1 inch long.
Thanks,
Ed

Good job. Dig every target. Especially in your own yard. The good stuff is there you just have to get rid of the junk.

I like these old headstamps also. I read somewhere that these Nublacks were produced at the same time as the Winchester Nitro Rival 1894-1904. Also in 1920 Winchester changed their description on the headstamp from No. 12 to 12 Ga.

Thanks for the comment and Happy Hunting,
Ed
