Is it made of chert and can you see flaking on it? If so it could be a Multi-tool. It looks as if it has a few Spokeshaves worked all around it.

Geo.. my guess but looks cool. Always bring the stuff home. I kick myself for chunking a real thin round green stone platter I thought was natural but looking back imagine it was something. Its 40 feet deep now
