I've never had much luck finding a complete drill. I found this broken one about a year ago up in the sandhills west of Broken Bow, Nebraska. It still made my day.

I think most drills were broken during use anyway. That makes it double hard to find a whole one.

Hello, longtime it seems. West of BrokenB.. I’ve floated middle Loup a lot and have family from Sargent. I use to either end my trip or start a new one there. There is an old irrigation project there that caused a lot of paddling or walking ankle deep pulling everything along.
I have been slacking at picture taking and posting but I have only a few complete drill/awl punch pieces. I’ll get back to it soon.
That lithic is flattop and I would like more pics but it does look like an eden.
