It's thinner than the dime and a wee bit smaller..and definitely copper.

I've got some pennies that look like that and a quarter that is thinner than a penny and smaller than a nickel.

It's a Lincoln penny! I'm surprised how bad condition...worst yet for me besides corrosion...this thing is worn to hardly anything...lol
