Source for probe rods?

Afternoon,

Anyone know a source for good probing rods. I have made several out of CB antennas and they work well, but was looking for some "store bought" probes. Getting harder to find the antennas....even at junk yards.

I use the hot dog roasting sticks from Walmart. You just hack off the rounded end and grind to make a point. This was a cheap and easy way for me but maybe you are looking for something else. Just an idea.

I GOT ONE AT MY LOCAL SEPTIC TANK CO. WORKS GREAT . LOOKS LIKE THE ONE AT ARCI. STORE BUT ALOT CHEAPER

Brian Evensen has a really nice 5 tong probe like a giant fork. hardened steel tines, aluminum handles...when it hits rock, you can hear it in the handle.. 100 bucs , he makes them himself. the tines are about 18 inches long, it's not a single tine deep one. works great for checkin your hole,sand, spoil pile, mud
