Chibbaro's SC Tokens book shows this as "1930s & 1940s" rarity 9, 3-4 known. Reiter's Dairy Tokens book quotes this information. Neither gives a dollar value. Keep in mind that a token catalog can only guess at rarity unless everyone having tokens lets the author know what they have. That doesn't happen.
