Anyone have the full ID on this one (bottom two pictures)? Looking for all the missing inscriptions on both sides plus the normal King etc...

We all (Hispan) came to the same conclusion, I did a little research & thought it was Philip IV but could not find a matching coin

What we know is the text should read: PHS. D: G. HISP. Z. REX. CO. and then either ZEL or some variant. At least three common variants exist: "HE", "ZE" and "ZEL". Perhaps you have a fourth variant. (The text in full: 'Philippus Dei gratia rex Hispaniarum z Comes Zeelandia' means Philips, by God's grace King of Spain, Count of Zeeland.)
