Special Devices Center U.S. Navy Ship Recognition Slides 1940's or 50's
I have a case marked "Special Devices Center" which contains about 50 slides of various ships at night with lights on. It looks to be a Naval training case from the 40's or 50's to help U.S. Navy personnel recognize other ships at night by their running and riding lights. All slides are in excellent condition and the case is in great shape also. I saw only one like it on the web selling for $300. I will consider offers.
