I’d have that obsidian piece in with my blades, not srappers. With Wappo, Pomo and Miwok the creativity knew no bounds which makes classification difficult, so I look at the odd shaped blades as just the direction the maker went that time. For me with all that work on both sides of the same high quality of a cascade, excelsior or platter blade etc, I’d say blade level.
