Hi Sherm. I think thats from a cookie/frosting press (I don't know the right term for these types of things... one of many kitchen items I've seen but never used).

it's large, but you could be right.

When they use them big bags, (have no idea of
names), with the frosting in them, this could go
on the end where the frosting comes out.
