Star Note worth holding?????

This is a series 2001 $5.00 bill with the serial numbe of CL 00062222* I love how its almost 2222 across, does this have any more value then just a $5 i know the serial is pretty low Thanks in advance for any info i have no idea about paper money.

Not mint condition, but no major fold marks, any info would be appreciated Thanks

In my opinion, if its in decent condition with no major folds and you can handle not having an extra $5 then keep it. It might not be worth much over face value now but if you keep it in the same condition for 20 years or so it might get a little extra money. And who knows, in 20 years we might not even be using paper money anymore so that would make it even more rare.
