State Forests Off limits (same as State parks, or different?)

Hi from the new guy. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether the state forests count as state parks (as in, off limits). Thanks all.

I have always hunted the State Forest campgrounds but usually in the off season. I've never been bothered.

Depends on the state. For rules on all states, see http://fmdac.org/parks/parks.htm I've never been bothered either, but there is always a first time.
