just got out of the hospital … seems that I had a "widow maker" type blockage of my blood vessel coming from my heart --97% blocked --thankfully it was found opened back up and a stint put in --I'm feeling a good deal better now but will be on a seriously no salt diet and other meds … for the rest of my days...

Walking is good exercise. A friend has a stent put in after he was revived after ten minutes of not breathing. Walked five mile a day. That was six years ago. No problems since.
