Went metal detecting at a local park today and found the cover of a pocket watch... has a picture of a running steam locomotive on front... unfortunately, it's contemporary.... (right below the surface of the sand... you could still see parts of it... a little kid must have gotten hold of it)... didn't really need to use the metal detector to get it.

You can see a pic of the entire watch here: Steam Engine Pocket Watch | Shop accessories, luxury, fashion | Kaboodle

I only have the cover of course.

I also found a quarter lying on top of the ground, a toy truck (contemporary), a few pennies, and a dime.

Went last week to the beach and found 43 cents, and a cubic zirconia ear ring set in sterling silver.

I use a Garret Treasure Ace 300.

I was saved in March of 2006. I enjoy Spurgeon and John MacArthur specifically...
