Nice! I love these sterling/turquois pieces and you got it for a great price!!!!
 

have you checked into if the bracelet could be a Indian made bracelet? they primarily use silver an turquoise
 

A large letter R is stamped on the back along with "Sterling". This piece is obviously "hand made" not from a designer or collection or anything.

THEN DO NOT USE AS MELT VALUE! ,Til you exhust all options that it isn't a Indian made peice.. Can u post pic of the back with the hallmark?

I see those all the time. Used to be when you drive though arizona and new mexico indiand would have blankets spreadout at the rest stops selling factory made "Indian" jewelry. I need a closed shot of the turquoise. Does it look like crushed up turq pebbles glued in place with epoxy? If so it is just worth silver value. Is the turq in the blue family or green?

I have seen basically the same stamped MEXICO and silver and sometimes they are fake silver.
 

The way it is toned (tarnished) makes me think it is real silver. The hallmark might be nothing. Here are some pics for clarity.
