Sticky Silver #13 From Coinstar

I checked a Coinstar machine today and there were no coins in the reject tray but there were four coins left on top of the machine and all four were covered with a sticky coating of some kind. One of the coins was a 1953 Roosevelt dime....silver #13 from Coinstar this year.
