Detector(s) used
TESORO TEJON
I live just outside Chattanooga tn and someone has stolen my detector out of my car late last night. It was a Tesoro Tejon w/Grey Ghost headphones. So if anyone sees one for sale please notify me. I hate a theif. >:(

I hate them also.. have you turned it in on your insurance?

I'm in Dalton I run across it or him with it, I'll get you 'tector and his scalp! A thief is the lowest of the low in my book. :angry5:

Got a serial number? It's pretty hard to prove someone is trying to sell YOUR detector if you can't prove you owned it. Serials won't guaruntee a return but it gives a little better chance.

It sucks that you lost your gear, hopefully you can get it back.

tntctrm maybe call the pawn shops in the area. mding is hard work a thief will not last long doing it. dave :angry5:

Call and ask what model this one is. It's a Tesoro in Chattnooga.

EDIT: Cancel that, this was posted before yesterday.

Sorry to hear that your detector was stolen. Check craigslist in your area and surrounding area's, you never know, you might be able to get it back and get to knuckle him up at the same time. Good Luck!..........Scott.

I'd be sick just the thought, I've left mine out in the garage a few times not a good habit.

Oh man I hate to hear about these things. Be sure to check with the pawn shops, and ebay. I'm sure you have the serial #. I'll keep my eyes open for it.

Put an ad in the paper wanting to buy one just like yours and see what shows up, maybe. Bad deal and sorry it happened. We have thieves up here who scout the trailhead parking areas. Don't never leave nothin in the vehicle you prefer to keep; they can be in and gone in seconds.

Hi tntctrm; Also make sure you Report it to the Police. You'd be amazed. They actually recovered my friends V3i 3 1/2 weeks later. The guy was charged with Grand Theft, B&E, Possesion of Stolen Property over $100. The guy got 18 months. My friend got his Equipment back ok. Best Wishes.
PEACE: RONB :icon_thumright:

PS : These guys have a strong tendency to stay local if they try to use it because they are trying to impress someone they are trying to sell it to ok. RB

keep your eyes on craigslist...the thief may try to sell..that happened in my area ..they stole 2 detectors out of a truck..week later they were on craigslist...the police went to buy them but just ended up trading silver bracelets for them

That is a shame....hang them by their COILS...i hate a thief ....hope he is a bumb thief and try to sell in the paper!!!
Thanks Gary G.A.P.metal
