Wow, ten grand, they wanted an extra seven from me. It's actually a duplex house, I just drove by there about a month ago and he still hasn't fixed up the right hand side. When the wife and I were looking the place over I found a cream separator milk bottle in the cellar, it's worth a few bucks and I still have it.
