Hello and thanks yelnif, I don't know for sure what this one is (yet to cut it in half). Some are just deposits of minerals, .. i.e. quartz crystal, braciopod fossils etc.
You can see this one in the first pic how they are literally 'embedded' in the stone layers! Some are magnetic (been told even possible 450 million year old meteorites, same age as the fossils)...but never bothered checking into them yet.
