Stone Signs/Markings/Map Interpretation

Anybody can help interpret this Finds? is this a stone sign or markings or Map? a visiting foreigner wanted to buy this almost 24 hectares land where this Stone located and surrounded by nice rivers. and besides this river found a sunk Wood or Magkuno that leads to my friends continued diggings the area believing that Magkuno was a JIA Sign and as per Sattelite Scanner possitive results too. what do you mean by a big foot prints facing in the east...the stone shape is like an inverted triangle...pointing to the ground..thats why we dig it up....can u help it out...?
