Stone tool?

This item was unearthed years ago in upstate NY. It’s made of stone and has clear “tool” marks. I placed the Walking Liberty Half for scale. Not much else I can say about this item. Not sure what it is or how it was used. Any info would be great. It’s cool no matter what it is

I can’t see obvious saw blade marks but it does seem a little too clean cut in places

I don't see any tool marks, nor do I think its a native american artifact. Strange as it sounds, I think its a natural anomaly
