Any ideas? My buddy found this in an old farm field. It’s about the size of a matron large cent. And has a little thickness to it. I know it’s pretty wiped but I figured I’d give it a shot...

I think it may be a Connecticut copper. On the second photos the "CO" is visible but it needs to be rotated to put it in the correct position and then possibly a head facing left starts to show...
