Found this in my yard. Its a small screw in type object with male threads. Its silver colored metal, with a red gem cut type object in the end. Its only about 1/2" across and about 3/4" long. They used to work on cars at my house, so maybe some type of old car gauge light??? What is it? :dontknow:

Maybe a shift indicator light from an old tachometer?

They are called light jewels. Hard to tell exactly what it is off of.
