Strange Piece found In Backyard

Item Scale

The size of the item compared to a quarter. I also think this piece is made out of copper.

the un-broken Wedge tell me Ash tray,

we used to use them to keep cigarettes from rolling in the good old days
not all ashtrays were deep.

there are probably millions maybe billions of styles of Ashtrays since most Stores, Restaurants, businesses & homes at some point had Ashtrays for use
before the gonna live forever by not seeing cigarettes smoke craze .

this is the closest to what shape/style yours may have been before being crushed.

No other info other then This one was Silver Plated Antique yours may have been also. Any marks on the back ?

Indeed it is, and it's the 1920 (onwards) version of the arms. There are numerous variations of these, produced as souvenirs. Something similar on fleabay currently:
