Strange silver forks, Hallmark help needed

Stopped by a garage sale and picked up six of these out of a bin for .50 cents a piece. Stamped with a german cross W R and ? Very unique looking.

Someone else was looking for this hallmark in 2008. Doesn't look like they got to far and it looks like it was pointing to a Rogers pattern.

It is a Wm Rogers mark.

Some added info.; They are pie forks and the pattern is called "Leonora" circa 1905. Leonora silver pattern
