This was found yesterday, but less than 24 hours ago. Warm weather holding nicely. :hello2:

First I've found like this, and the first I've broke getting it out. I do think it was cracked, as there is another slight crack as well. The vid clip is quite funny.

Anyway there are a few canadian tokens with "houses" on them, but unless I missed it there is no exact match. This one looks like it has a widows' walk on the roof, and a "guy" on the left side of the building. The building is closer to the edge than on the Bonk of Montreal tokens, plus the widows walk is there. I see nothing on the other side of help, bretty blank, and is about 27 MM in diameter.

Anyone seen this one before ? IP will know ;D

This looks Oriental.

Making me think Either
Oriental coin or Counter Stamped.
Of course the Other Posability, I'm way off :dontknow:

Re: Strange token, and a first

It "could" be oriental Jeff owing to the cracks, pointing to it being probably cast. Although no square hole. The area you pointed to I thought was just window dividers, are pretty much perfect squares.

Should have thrown it.

Yep, Im thinking you're right now.

Good eye Jeff!

The kanji is kanji-kuni-country.webp

It means "country" and is used on Japanese and Chinese coins.
