Cold and windy at one of Baltimore's old parks today with fellow detectorist, AB, We hammered away just waiting for those sweet tones to bring anything but pull tabs, bottle caps or square nails. We got some keepers. I had some late in the hunt finds that included a Roosevelt dime and a stout flat button that took a 180 degree turn along the way. My third consecutive visit to this park with silver to show for it.

NICE......a 1917 wheat cent & a "first year issue" 1946 Roosevelt silver dime.......It seems like I can almost see an "S" mint mark on the 1917 wheat......GOOD JOB. Happy Hunting to ALL

You had a good hunt!

Thanks Bill! It was the duel of the Equinoxes today. I did some more pick work on that wheat and it is a Philadelphia mint. AB got himself an IHC.

Thanks Rick! It was good to get out after a couple days of snow here. 4 inches at my house but maybe a half inch at the park.

Thanks lairmo! Appreciate your checking out the post. HH & GL!

Congrats on getting out on a cold and windy day a saving some silver. Well done.

Its still a thrill for me to dig a silver dime after:headbang: 40 years of digging!

McCDig,, you're having a good year so far.
Congrats on the Silver and wheat.

Nice hunt, congratulations on the silver, and the wheatie looks pretty too. HH

Good job that park is a honey hole!!!!!!!!!

Nice Rosie and wheat. You seemed to have adjusted to the Nox. You're finding the silver that has been passed over by other MD's. Great job.

Thanks Jamie! I think the ground balance and switching to Park 1 mode made a difference. Glad those old-timers left something for us.

Thanks Tommy. Yes, with the Equinox it does seem that more is turning up. I'm going back to spots where I found good targets in the past.
