Watch where you dig, especially in Miami-Dade county, there was another story in the news today about beach pollution in south Florida.

A recent study from the University of North Carolina found that people who dig in the sand or build sand castles have a higher risk of developing gastrointestinal diseases and diarrhea.

I was out at the pier the other day and actually saw a guy drop his drawers and take a dump by the trash cans. No joke!! This was at the Canaveral pier. So I guess it all depends ( No pun intended) where you dig.

Ever watch a Marathon. Runners do the same thing, they'll drop their drawers and take a dump if a port-a-let isn't available. Happens a lot at the Disney Marathon. I don't envy the clean up crew the next day.
