Many people plan a Fall vacation just to se the Autumn foliage Here is a morning picture of a small swampy area less than a mile from m y driveway .There are mostly Sugar Maples growing there and when the conditions are right it is a pretty a place as I have ever seen anywhere in my life

I love the fall colors. As you say, the conditions have to be right or else we get "brown and down" for fall here. Thanks for the pic.
