It All started the month after i joined this group with a new name, July 12 th 2007.
I took 5 rcmp officers to see what found. Ill review my old posts and start from there.
The final straw that broke the camels back was a open and shut case of definition on Facebook.

Its a very long story and the first law suite will be a defamation case against to different individuals.

This update is a case i could have done but suing a Indian band for what they were told by the rcmp and the heritage branch would have just back fired on me and likely created a nasty reaction since the rcmp, heritage branch and even crown council decided i was crazy.
The birial cave was not actually on reserve and aparently they went to a sea cave 100 feet away and because there was nothing in they assumed i took every thing and was selling it on line.

A heritage site does not have to be part of or annexed to an Indian reservation to qualify.

Not knocking what you,re trying to do here.But this stuff is just too much bother for me at my age and financial situation.Government,any Government, has battalions of lawyers and unlimited time and funds to do you in.
