Sunday story..xterra hunts 13 and 14..

Well it was my day off,so after lunch i hit hard my very promising 1900-1925/35 greek theater site....guys it was hot ,hard soil,pounds of pulltabs and other trash, i found only clad (picture1),covered around 45% of property(5hours),not to happy about results

Then to look at the sunset i hit small corner of my favorite beach,and man ..it for sure bring my mood to happy side

,didnt found gold or silver but in 50min i managed find all clad on picture 2,
and Argentinian coin with sun on back(small one)

So yes it was hard work no old coins but i returned with nice stack of clad.

May sure you go on the edges of the property also. Sometimes that is the most productive because it has not been reworked as much as the dirt by the foundation.

Hunt number two does look like a good hunt. Finding lots of quarters always makes it seem worthwhile.

Yea Bob i got that feeling that people hunt that old location hard before,or they may put some new soil there,all is VERY hard with rocks under,and bricks,and sure its fun to dig out even penny out of that,but i was looking for old coins like one i found there before 1923penny.
Modern clad comes to me easy on the beach.
Before i start i create belts on the soil and follow very slow going from the top of property down (its multilevel seat theater),and its VERY trashy,and some old pulltabs are like 4inch deep between rocks >:(
