A gorgeous day here today, so we channeled our inner explorer and headed to another new field 😅 xx

The view was cracking, but a very quiet field! Himself was very chuffed with his bomb tail!! Couple of bits of plate, bit of a buckle, loops, spoon handles, thimble, buttons, toasted coins, and a lovely little sixpence.. 1874 .. saved my day xx

Bank holiday tomoz so will be heading out again, weather permitting xx

Those with an eagle eye may remember our amazing Roman field with the barn? … that’s the one full of crop to the left first pic 🤓 and of course the beautiful castle in the distance xx

Thats a Castle my friend 😆 .. Belvoir Castle.. owned by the Duke of Rutland. The first castle on that site was built by one of William the Conquerors men back in the day! xx
