Apologies for the late posting.. have been up to my ears preparing for the Basset Paw-Ty next Sunday!

We managed to get out on Sunday and had a lovely time wandering about in the sunshine!

First off a dress fastener, a watch winder, a buckle, a pin head, 2 tack pins, a fab big pot leg, a lead weight, 2 lovely loops, one the biggest we have found, buttons, a crusty farthing, and finally my lovely 1916 Silver! xx

No detecting next weekend… as it is Paw-Ty time 😆… but hopefully we should be back out the following weekend…and soon we will be able to get on some new fields that have come back to the estate. Lots of our crop fields have been planted with grass this year as Black Grass has been an issue this year… which means even more fields will be detectorble next year 😆 …! Now just need the time to get round them..🤔 xx

Great to see you made it out to get some digging.

Lovely clothing fastener that is.
The silver sure was well worn before it was lost.

What a lovely venue to host the Pawty. Close the doors, and let them loose.

I enjoy seeing all your historical recoveries along with beautiful photos.
Thanks again for sharing your success with us
