Super cool ring, 1902 Indian & NA token

Dug this sweet ring up towards the end of my hunt this afternoon. It was @ 6" down. Not sure of its origin or meaning. No markings inside. Any help on that would be appreciated

I don't have a test kit yet. The ring is pretty heavy so I'm thinking maybe pewter

Not of any real age... IE: modern.
Stones not real.
Looks silver plated but only a test will deduce this.

AKA... "fantasy piece"... May be from "something"... like cereal / gum / similar.
