Superior Quality Eagle Button

Hey all! A friend of mine found this button in her driveway while walking to her mailbox. I have searched for hours on this site and haven't found a complet match, one came really close but the wings were flat on top instead of curved. The words Superior Quality are on the back with the metal loop attached. Can you give me an idea on the year and approximate worth? Thanks so much for your effort and time!
