Thats kinda spooky,,,, I read somewhere that someone reported a 2 man Japanese Submarine before the attack and they blew it off. Then I remember about 10 years ago a salvager found a sunk 2 man Japenese Submarine with the skeletal remains of 2 Japenese Soldiers in the Harbor. That was not a good day for us....

When I was in the Navy and stationed at Pearl Harbor, there were still areas off limits due to uncleared ordinance and the wreckage of half sunk LST’s could still be seen, that was in 1977
 

I believe I have seen this photo in American WW II history books.
 

Today, wife & I drove past the local Marine Detactment Quarters; lots of cars there; 1st father-in-law was a survivor (25th Division) of Iwo Jima against the ****, & he always remembered on Feb. 19th. Today is the 18th, so I guess the Marines were remembering...
