Took this while parked along a street in San Francisco. Put on my 400mm lens for the second picture.

Looks like he is almost "permanent" there. Has a traffic cone and power, the whole works. Just didn't have to buy or lease a building. Probably has great tacos too!

Is he parked outside a prison or is that just the standard fencing for that part of town? haha! Probably couldn't be any worse than Taco Bell.
