My season for hunting is slow rite now so Im taking some time off to get things done around the house. My season is the best in the winter months. Crops are full and creeks aren't spitting them out. So I will be back but not for a while unless I happen to find a killer.
Hope everyone else is having better luck, rock

Don't work too hard, but make sure you get all those weeds out of the garden? :laughing7:

Don't forget to take some time to enjoy those nice finds you made this year.

The fields are filling in quickly here too. I am looking forward to better seasons myself (though I wouldn't count on it being winter here!).

Know what you're saying rock....but you've found so many great things this year! I haven't been looking for a while, but hubby was lucky & just had a "garden" find.

I hear you, working 12 hour shifts and all kinds of things going on this time of year its hard to get out. We have had so much rain here in new york lately that creeks and rivers that are usually bone dry this time of year are almost spring time levels. Hoping its a good thing though, plan on hitting creeks more soon. Good luck rock!

Thanks it was a good time to take a break with the heat and now working 7 days a week again. Maybe by harvest time I will be able to get out a bit and have some help at work. Keeping my fingers crossed on the work issue.
