Tecnetics omega 8000 Ground Balance

Last week my GB button wouldn’t work. No #’s on the screen and nothing was moving.
I changed coils( I got 4) and put on the original elliptical 10”.
Still no go.
The up and down buttons work fine and the machine works fine.
Just won’t ground balance??

Guess what?
They sent me a brand new Omega 8500!
Because I mentioned that someone on Teknetics Facebook page had sent their 8ooo in for repair and when they got it back, it was a new 8500.
I mentioned this to the technician; (he had called me to verify my address that I saw this on their Facebook page. He asked me “ do you want a new 8500?
Sure, I said.
Received it today!!

Whites does that too, years ago i stopped by sweethome with my surfmaster PI for a fix, the tech took it and in a few minutes he returned with a brand new unit.
