Boy have I been missing T-Net and artifacts. Watching everyone posting and not having time to go was killing me. We have been flooded all winter but the water dropped and it was 32 degrees when I hitched the boat this morning.Just perfect. There are hundreds of trees down and washing out from the floods. I saw one boat all day and got a picture of his catch. For me it was a great day. I have not even attempted typology on all of these other than being stoked on getting the little Hamilton triangular. I hunted over a 10 mile stretch of friends muddy fields. Please feel free to give opinions on the one particular hornstone point from the insitu. Thanks everyone. Its good to be back !

I didn't even notice that one, what's going on towards the tip, is it reworked? looks Dalton to me too.

Thanks Rich, Choo,Twitch and Michiganne. I appreciate it. I am thinking maybe I should get the metal detector out after this one and see if their is any mojo left ! :laughing7:

No re-work. Its broke and has a step in the break. The other side has a small fire pop. Crazy thing is that piece was over a mile away from the clovis. I would have been happy with a nice dalton :)

TnMountains Fantastic 12,000 year old clovis point :o Congrats on Banner !!!! Good 4 U

wow TnMtns, very nice, Ive been busy and not had time to spend on a computer other than rebuilding them lately, decided to look here and see what Ive been missing. WoWWWW is all i can say. Ive been down on a couple rivers/lakes in E. Tenn the last few months but only found a few small triangle points so far.
The best Ive done was at Rankin bottom off of the Douglas LakeMan Im hoping I can get some time soon to go look or dig somewhere, Im itching for a good hunt.
All this snow/rain/water might make for a great spring this year.
Man Im at least glad I get to see some good ones going on.........
Good luck...
David

Thank you Molly . The banner is iceing on the cake but to me its all about the cake. I see many things slide by in artifacts that are worthy of much praise. Thank you darlin.
Jmfg22 thank you. I wish it was as big as your avitar !!
Ohio Its the only way I can compete with you guys and your doves
Treefrog my invitation still stands if you want to come down off the Cumberland Plateau and do some hunts with me.
Its snowing here today again !?

Dunno if that's Clovis, but those are some great looking points. Congrats on a good hunt, and fish to boot!
