I just bought a used Cutlass II uMax and I noticed the discriminator is acting weird. When I emailed Tesoro about the problem the guy's response was "don't buy it or send it to us for repairs. When I told the guy AGAIN that I owned it and asked how much for repairs he said he wouldn't know until they had it.
That doesn't sound like free to me and ticks me off because I'd read so much about their customer service before I bought the detector and wouldn't of touched a used one if I had known they would be so crappy about it. I was so excited to get this detector now I can't stand to look at it.

Hmmm. You were told by someone at the Tesoro Factory NOT to buy the machine - because they are so old they don't make them anymore, but you disregarded that warning and bought it anyway? Now you are upset because it doesn't work?
That's why I couldn't be a cop. I would be shooting people left and right
