Yep looks like it's down. They make good detectors. They are lousy at their website and out dated/uninformative detector instruction manuals. Take for example the Outlaw instruction manual, I'm not sure if the people at Tesoro know exactly how that thing works.

Although the teminology used is at times a bit simplistic.
