Hey guys, It's been a while. I see a lot of new people on this page, and it's always fun reading some of you old timers. (even though your all probably younger than me)
I started cataloging stuff after a two year hiatus, and it's a good time to start sharing some pics again.
Here are a few Texas Clear Fork Tools. Rumer has it they were for wood working, and the bevels and use wear kind of back that up. Take care ya'll. Lone Star

Thanks guys. I's good to be back.
I bet I've got 20 or more of those in various stages of use and wear.
I'll post as a catalogue, but now I gotta work.

Here's an example of what I still have to catch up on.
Thanks again, Lone Star

Hafted Chipped Adze, IMHOP. Same all over the country. I cannot understand why typologists and regionals have to call an item such as that by a special name. In FL they have no special name. It's confusing unless one just collects Texas or the area where they call them such. Same with "basic" Woodland triangles.....

Some killers there!

Wow that is spectacular I just got some ideas from those displays !!!

Hey thanks ya'll. TomClark you ol' hound dog! It's good to see your avatar. I understand your point, (no pun intended) Those tool forms have to be everywhere people were. Its the basic for sure. It's nuts to see the similarities than span from the paleo to the historic with certain forms. I have noticed the ones I find deeper (oldest) generaly have the best workmanship, both in biface and uniface.
Painterx , Thanks too. I like the glass wall shelves if you have a secure place for them. I got the brackets from Home Depot, and I used 5/16 tempered for the shelves.
Time for pork chops, The Warden is out for dinner with her friends, so Im eating what I want tonight, and there's nothin' healthy except the light beer. Peace out. Lone Star
