Looks like a Dalton variant, at least if it were found here in NC.
 
So far all of the ones shaped like that I have found are broken but at least yours is close to whole. Nice find

was he in swimming old swimming area close to tires ? what were the coins and ring silver or gold i cant find them all but i sure try i have been over at mcgregor park
