So far this year, I have found just over $100 in clad. Coinstar was the first stop.

Next stop was the coin shop for halves and quarters, all pre 64.

Its nice to hear the ring of true silver when dropped on a table.

Ralph ,Great idea,Have you been to any of the coin shops in Sarasota.I have a guy that i go to that has a lot of nice stuff.He deals alot with estate sales.But he gets some nice silver from time to time,I bought some nice CC Morgans the last time i seen him,I am about to hit the coinstar also i need a new scoop.The next time you are in Sarasota send me a pm an i will give you his #.

Rick, I am buying what is called "junk silver" for the hard times ahead. The spot for silver today was $15.65

Lets all get prepared. Lets be boy scouts. Its better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it!
