Hello all, I got my 800 this past Friday and took it out for the first time today. All I can say is wow what a machine. In my opinion the 800 is so user friendly and the ease of use is far unmatched for the money. I ran Park 1 and only changed to 5 tone and sensitivity to 24. I went to a place that I literally pounded with several other machines and you could barely get a signal. Today with the 800 it was like the place had never been detected. I was only there for probably 10 minutes before I pulled the toasted wheat cent.
I ended up with 1 toasted wheat cent a 1925 mercury dime ( rang in at a 23) 3 destroyed coins 1 I can make out one cent and see the shield on 🤔. A silver washed buckle and a makeup cap of some sort ( it rang in at a 33) sounded awesome so I dug.
Ladies and Gentlemen if you are using this machine the only advice I can give you is make sure you have a hand held pinpointer and plan on digging deep this thing will fined the smallest of the small at depths I have never really dug down to with other machines.
