We had just enough rain to make the creek bottom muddy and some spots water is standing. It was fun while it lasted.

been planning a trip to the bottle dump down the road from here for about a week, something always comes up....today everyone could go but it is pouring rain and nothing different in the extended forcast.....still might go after Brian gets done working on the Honda though

Stop, wait, pay no attention to that redhead in the creek: I seem to recall being
"coaxed" ("don't worry, you won't sink" ) onto that meander bed of gravel in search
of viking plunder. . . and ended up in muck over the top of my boots

Hello all, I did several hours of research on the forum and this group trying to figure out a tool for easy group notification. I have sent some individual notices, but decided that would take more hours than needed.

I have decided to post the request here and I ask that each of you willing to share the information with CTH hunt and related hunt organizers somehow send the information to me. FB messages work, and I think I have my privacy pretty tight. If you want I will share my e-mail with anyone that wants to use the e-mail rather than messaging. For my e-mail, just PM my ID and I'll send it to you.

I will post this here and on the CTH Group on Facebook. T-net messaging also works and is probably more private than FB. The moderators will be able to see what you send to me, but they mostly don’t care about private messaging, right Judie?

With that lead in, here is what I’ve been sending to a few. Does this imply that a hunt is being planned? Probably. Please respond as soon as you have the time available. And thank y’all!!

My prior announcement. I have decided to keep the information to myself and one other trusted person of my acquaintance. I will act as announcer until some time in the future. When I cannot, the other person will step forward to continue the position.

I will NOT be able to attend all hunts. I will offer the free announcement service to anyone planning to hold a hunt. Right now that includes Stan, Don Vickers, and an unannouced party not ready for publication.

Lance is deliverying a load of Trane a/c's to Phoenix on wednesday and I kinda wish I was with him.This daughter of mine is going to be the death of me soon.She came home yesterday with a box of flooring to show me and said she put it down in her home in Mobile and it looked good.But first she said she needs to paint the ceilings and walls throughout and she is off to Lowe's to buy paint.This flooring and painting is for the kitchen,dining,two bedrms,two baths,same for the paint.She says this place is trash!It was working ok for me and Lance.Anyway it looks like I'm in for a long winter.Gotta find a hunt somewhere.Oh yeah,gotta find a way to keep the guineas from freezing.The coop is ok except cannot get electric to it to give them any heat this winter and yesterday after coming home with the flooring she planted two dwarf apple trees and said she is getting a greenhouse to set up outside in two wks - HELP!HELP!HELP!

Have Lance drop you off out here for a couple of weeks. A week or two in this sandy desolation will make you want to go see her again.............
